Help! I Need Ideas!

Sooo many questions about what to eat on a Gluten-Free Diet and I completely understand!  I remember when we went gf back in February and we were eating lots of bean and cheese burritos and quesadillas!  I don't have pictures for anything right now but I'm just going to list some ideas you can start with.  As I come across pictures, I'll add them with recipes!  Enjoy...

Breakfast Ideas (Breakfast for Dinner?)
Egg, Sausage, and Cheese Burritos (corn tortillas or make your own gf flour tortillas)
Egg, Sausage, Cheese and Pancake Sandwich (like McDonalds)
Chorizo and Egg with tortillas
Cereal and Fruit (add chia seed or flax seed in the cereal for protein)
Yogart Parfait
Oatmeal (make sure it's gf and not instant)
Smoothies (I always put spinach in mine-kids can't even taste it!)
Muffins (I have tons of recipes for all kinds and they freeze easily for a quick morning)
Eggs and Turkey Bacon
Ham and Cheese (and Spinach) Omelet
Hard Boiled Eggs with Grilled Ham (Nitrate Free is possible)
Gluten-Free Pancakes (topped with Agave Nectar, Fruit, Peanut Butter, etc.)
Chocolate Chip Scones

Lunch Ideas (Leftovers from Dinner Last Night)
Ham and Cheese Roll-ups (see pic from yesterdays post)
Green Salad (All kinds, add chicken, ham, egg, etc.) serve with crackers
Gluten-Free Pizza (individual sizes are fun for the kids)
Chicken Bowl (with Brown Rice and Black Beans and maybe some Salsa atop)
Quesadillas
Chicken Salad with Lettuce or with Rice Crackers
Tuna Salad with Lettuce, Crackers, or Celery sticks
Egg Salad with Lettuce on gf bread (I'm yet to find one I love...)
Chicken Fingers or Strips (bake chicken with broken tortilla chips instead of bread crumbs)
"Lunchable" - use a bento box with sections of ham, cheese, and crackers with fruit
Veggie Pasta Salad with gf pasta (cucumber, tomato, onion, olives, etc.)
Meatballs and Rice
Tomato Rice with cut up Hot Dogs (Nitrate Free)

Dinner - I'll just put a few of our favorites but think Meat, Veggie, and Starch (rice or potato) - no bread unless gf
Shredded Chicken over Rice with Cheese on top
Broccoli and Chicken Casserole
Salmon Burritos with Cole Slaw
Chicken with Beans and Corn on the Cob
Flank Steak with Salad
Mexican Food (Taquitos, Tacos, Burritos, etc.)
Gluten-Free Spaghetti with Garlic Bread (gf of course)
Meatloaf (use corn chips or tortilla chips instead of soda crackers)
All kinds of Soups (great way to get veggies in and hidden protein)
All kinds of Kabobs - Shrimp, Chicken, with veggies
Chili with Rice (a Hawaiian thing)
Salmon and Veggies
BBQ Chicken
